Absolutely!  Work with the designer to create a totally custom product based on your requirements/liking.  Saying, colour, font and size are all up to you.   We will also do our best to recreate a sign from a picture that you may provide.  Fonts and/or colours may differ slightly based on availability.

All of ours designs can be placed on wood, aluminum or plastic.

Yes we can provide just the vinyl on transfer paper if you wish.

Our turnaround is usually between 1-2 weeks, sometimes sooner depending on our work load.  Sometimes we can accommodate a rush option for a small fee to process your order a little quicker.  Please inquire with us before placing your order, if you need it faster than our normal turnaround.

We mainly use Pine or Reclaimed wood and have on occasion used Spruce.   It is ¾ thick and comes in a variety of widths and lengths.

Prices will vary based on the size of the sign and the amount of detail you want on it.

Yes.  All signs come with either saw tooth hangers or twine to allow for easy hanging.

Yes.  We can ship your product via Canada Post, UPS or Fed Ex.   We typically use Canada Post, as we find their prices to be the best value.   If your item is in stock, we usually ship within 2 business days.  If your item needs to be made, generally it takes about 1 week before shipping it out.  If you need your item by a certain date, be sure to let us know when you place the order.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from doors, porches, etc after delivery.

All items will be packaged in bubble wrap and brown sack kraft paper.  If your item is received damaged, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your order.  Please include pictures of the damage.  Do not discard the item or packaging until we have advised you to do so.

Unfortunately no, we do not provide free shipping.  The customer is responsible for associated shipping costs.

Because of the special nature of these items, we only offer refunds if you are terribly dissatisfied with a product.  Prior to a refund given, we would ask to have the opportunity to make it right. 

There will be no refunds on Custom Made items or items that have been personalized since these items cannot be re-sold.

In the event the customer changes their mind, a 20% fee will be applied to any order that has already been approved (based on a proof) and payment received.  This is to cover time and expenses related to the project.
